PRE-GALVANIZED ZINC COATING - These metal strut channels’ silver finish is due to their pre-galvanized zinc coating. Each strut channel meets, even exceeds, ASTM A653 standard specifications for zinc-coated sheet metals. Our strut channels have undergone metal pickling and pre-galvanization.
12 GAUGE SOLID STRUT CHANNELS - Also known as the Deep Strut Channel or 12 Gauge Standard, this strut channel size is the international standard for strut metal framing. A 12 gauge sheet metal has an approximate thickness of 0.106-inch.
HALF SLOTTED BACK CHANNELS - These half slot holes’ dimensions are 9/16-inch by 1 3/16 inches, sized for 1/2 inch fasteners or threaded rods. While the half slot channels’ short rounded rectangle holes are punched out on 2-inch centers with a 7/8-inch distance from each other and 1 3/16 inches distance from the slot center to the edge of the strut channel.
