It includes 3 gently weighted sections, two on the sides and a self-contained Cuddle Pad in the center. The weighted areas of the product are 60 grams: 40 grams in center, 10 grams on each side.
IMPORTANT FEATURES - The Zen One has quick-drying mesh sleeves to promote self-soothing for thumb suckers. The ability to swaddle with arms out or in makes it perfect for transitioning when the time comes
