HOW to INSTALL: it is flexible, sturdy and easy to get on the wristband. Just stretched/slipped it over the buckle. Only take one second to replace , much easier to put on the watch by holding the band in place.
HOW to CHOOSE SIZE : Take a ruler and measure your watch band width in mm, then add 1mm. Following that method, order the perfect size. Rubber loops for 16mm 18mm 20mm 22mm bands.
